Circuit Puzzle

A live electrical surge is charging towards the terminal capacitor. Rotate conduit tiles to establish an unbroken circuit from PWR IN to CORE OUT before time trips the breaker.

60 Seconds · Procedural Solvability · Spatial Rotation Speed

Click or tap conduits to rotate 90°. Guide the unbroken electrical current from PWR IN to CORE OUT before time expires!
1Find the active PWR IN lead entering the 4x4 matrix from the left.
2Rotate conduits to guide the unbroken current across to the CORE OUT terminal on the right.
3Connecting energizes the lock, triggers surge scoring, and resets a new board. Solve as many as possible in 60s!

Spatial Pathfinding & Mental Rotation

Circuit Puzzle evaluates mental rotation velocity, spatial working memory, and topological path planning under strict time pressure. Players must inspect a 4x4 conduit grid and mentally project 90° rotations to close electrical pathways.

Grandmaster performers identify critical choke points instantly, rotating only the essential junction conduits while ignoring redundant off-path loops.

What Circuit Puzzle Test Measures

Circuit Puzzle Test is a high-speed neurocognitive assessment designed to test rapid mental rotation, visuospatial pathfinding, and fast fine-motor finger coordination. Players must inspect a 4x4 matrix of scrambled conduit junctions, identify path opportunities between the dynamic power entry lead and the terminal security lock, and rotate the minimal necessary tiles to establish a closed conduit channel.

How the 60-Second Drill Works

Every generated board is 100% mathematically solvable using self-avoiding randomized walk pathing. Power flows automatically into any connected junction as soon as an unbroken line connects to the active PWR IN lead. Once the green energy surge reaches the CORE OUT terminal on the right, the bypass unlocks, bonus points are awarded based on speed and move efficiency, and a new procedural board instantly populates.

Scoring Mechanics & Multipliers

Points are calculated per completed board using:

  • Base Completion: 60 – 90 Points based on progression tier
  • Speed Bonus: Up to +20 Points for fast sub-7-second solves
  • Move Efficiency Bonus: +15 Points for solving in 10 rotations or fewer
  • Consecutive Streak Multipliers: 2 boards = 1.15x, 3–4 boards = 1.25x, 5+ boards = 1.4x

Frequently Asked Questions

Can every board generated in Circuit Puzzle Test be solved?

Yes. The engine uses a self-avoiding path generation algorithm that seeds guaranteed valid paths between the input and output ports before applying random rotation offsets to the conduits.

How do I increase my combo score?

Consecutive circuit completions without timing out increase your combo multiplier up to 2.0x. Plan your rotations 2 moves ahead to minimize wasted clicks and prevent breaking your streak.

What devices can I use to play?

Circuit Puzzle Test is fully optimized for both desktop mouse clicks and mobile/tablet touch screens with responsive 58px touch targets.
